We provide a culture that makes for a dynamic and impactful place to work. We work as a collaborative team where everyone is encouraged to contribute their ideas, talents, skills and capabilities. We are proactive in our endeavors to create opportunities for others through our partnerships and other means.

Advisors can feel confident when responding to proposals that they have the support of a team of superior talent.  We’re an extensive network of co-creators, where we share experiences and ideas on our private group webpage and during our regular virtual group meetings.

We operate on the abundance mindset principle as we believe there are limitless opportunities.  We look for ways to expand the scope of projects to include other’s skillsets as “a rising tide that lifts all boats” creates win-win situations.

NETWORK TERMS

  • Advisors who bring in new business qualify for our structured financial incentive program.
  • For projects an advisor secures, but does not participate, a finder’s fee is provided.  This is a commission or percentage paid over the term of the contract.
  • Advisors may work under the Collaborative Business Support umbrella.  They may use our branding and our presentation and proposal templates to pitch projects.
  • Our advisor’s portal lists opportunities such as projects, RFPs/RFQs, potential partners and business resources. 
  • Each contract will have a designated project lead.  
  • Tools and assistance will be provided for all proposals, presentations and projects.
  • Network advisors must  adhere to our Code of Conduct and guidelines.
